This policy describes how the advertising reporting tool operated by Tommy Huang ("the tool") handles data. The tool is privately operated, is not distributed to anyone else, and has no users other than its operator.
When its operator authorizes it, the tool reads aggregate advertising performance metrics from advertising platform APIs — Google Ads, Meta Ads and LINE Ads. Specifically: impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, campaign names, campaign identifiers and dates.
The tool does not access, request or store personal information about individuals. It does not read customer lists, contact details, audience membership, email addresses or any end-user identifiers. It reads campaign-level totals only.
The figures are written into a private Google Sheets dashboard belonging to the advertiser whose accounts were authorized. That is the only use. The data is not analysed for any other purpose, not combined with data from other sources beyond that dashboard, and not used for advertising, profiling or machine-learning training.
Nothing is shared. The data is not sold, rented, published, transferred to any third party, or disclosed to anyone outside the advertiser's own organisation. There are no analytics providers, advertising networks or subprocessors involved.
The tool's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Ads data obtained through the API is used solely to provide the reporting function described above, is never transferred to others except as necessary to provide that function, is never used for advertising purposes, and is never used to build or improve generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. No humans read the data except the operator and the advertiser's own marketing team.
Advertising figures are written to the advertiser's Google Sheets dashboard and are retained there under the advertiser's own control. The tool itself keeps no database. Temporary report files created during a run are kept on the operator's machine only.
OAuth refresh tokens and API credentials are stored in files readable only by the operator's user account on a single personal computer, outside any source-code repository. They are never committed to version control, transmitted to third parties, or embedded in distributed software. Access can be revoked at any time by the advertiser removing the operator's permission on the advertising account, or by the operator revoking the authorization in their Google Account settings.
This website is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does not track visitors.
The tool is not directed at children and collects no information from them.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
